Responsibilities Perform spray tanning treatments with precision, ensuring even application and optimal results for each client Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering questions, and guiding them through the tanning process Maintain strict sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning equipment and work areas between appointments to ensure safety and hygiene Upsell additional beauty services or retail products that complement the tanning experience to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts, while maintaining proper cash handling procedures Educate clients on aftercare instructions to prolong their tan and promote healthy skin habits Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times Requirements 1 year or more Airbrush Artist experience, customer service, or a related beauty field is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment for clients and staff Strong communication skills with an energetic, friendly demeanor that makes clients feel comfortable and valued Ability to stand for extended periods, perform detailed work with precision, and handle multiple appointments throughout the day Cosmetology certification or relevant beauty qualifications are a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Basic cash handling skills with attention to accuracy during transactions Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for beauty meets your desire to make others feel confident!
