Job Description

Three's Sweetie Treets is looking for a fun, energetic Weekend Candy Store Associate
  • also known as a "Flavor Guide"
  • to help run our colorful candy booth at Big D's Flea Market in Dalton, Georgia. Our shop is more than just candy
  • it's a full experience.
As a Flavor Guide, you are not just selling sweets, you are guiding customers through a magical, playful world filled with freeze-dried treats, gourmet popcorn, cotton candy, and small carnival-style games. You help create moments that kids and families will remember. We're looking for someone who loves positive energy, enjoys working with children, and can bring a welcoming, vibrant presence to every interaction.

Schedule:
Saturdays & Sundays
Hours:
15-20 hours per week
Pay:
$9 per hour
Position Type:
Independent Contractor (1099) Responsibilities Serve as a Flavor Guide by helping customers explore and choose treats in a fun, engaging way Sell candy, popcorn, and other sweet treats to customers Supervise small carnival-style games and ensure children play safely Keep the booth clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times Restock products and maintain organized inventory Provide friendly, high-energy customer service that creates a memorable experience Assist with creative ideas for games, displays, and promotions Requirements Must be bilingual (Spanish and English) Friendly, outgoing, and upbeat personality Comfortable interacting with kids and families Reliable and punctual for weekend shifts Organized and able to maintain a clean, attractive space Creative and enjoys bringing fun energy to a playful environment This position is perfect for someone looking for a relaxed, fun weekend job where you can be yourself, spread joy, and be part of a magical brand experience.
