Job Description

Artist / Instructor Painting with a
Twist Job Summary:
The Artist/Instructor is responsible for leading painting classes in a fun, engaging, and welcoming environment while providing step-by-step instruction to guests of all skill levels. The Artist helps create memorable customer experiences, maintains professionalism, and supports studio operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and instruct painting classes for adults, children, and private parties. Demonstrate painting techniques and provide clear, easy-to-follow guidance. Create a positive, energetic, and entertaining atmosphere for guests. Arrive prepared for classes by reviewing artwork and practicing paintings when necessary. Set up and break down class materials, supplies, and workstations. Assist guests individually throughout classes to ensure a successful painting experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio before, during, and after events. Deliver excellent customer service and represent the studio in a professional manner. Encourage guest participation and help create a fun, stress-free environment. Follow studio policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Assist with special events, team-building activities, fundraisers, and children's parties. Communicate effectively with management regarding scheduling, class needs, and customer concerns. Promote the Painting with a Twist brand through professionalism and positive interactions.
