Part-time / Permanent (Non-seasonal) Job Description We are looking for a highly creative and self-driven individual to help grow our art studio through class development, event promotion, and content creation. This role is perfect for someone who not only enjoys creating art, but also loves bringing ideas to life, teaching others, and promoting engaging experiences. What You'll Do Develop and plan new art classes (canvas painting, clay, candle making, etc.) Create sample projects for classes and events Lead or assist with classes and workshops Plan and promote studio events and special experiences Create content for social media (photos, videos, reels) Help grow studio visibility through creative marketing ideas Assist in-studio during open sessions and events as needed What We're Looking For Strong artistic ability (painting and/or clay experience required) Experience creating or teaching art classes (preferred) Comfortable being on camera and creating video content Social media knowledge (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Self-starter who can take initiative and bring ideas independently Organized and able to manage multiple projects Friendly and comfortable working with customers Compensation Starting at $15/hour + tips Opportunity for growth and increased pay based on performance and class development Schedule Flexible, includes weekends and events How to Apply Please include: Your art experience Any teaching or class development experience Links to social media, portfolio, or examples of your work (if available)
