Join our customer's team as a Fine Artist and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of creative technology. Your domain expertise in traditional and digital artistic mediums will help train AI systems, enhancing their understanding of the creative process and the intricacies of visual storytelling. This unique opportunity allows you to contribute to innovative projects that simulate real-world artistic scenarios while collaborating with a diverse and passionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
Simulate and document artistic production workflows across media such as ink, watercolor, charcoal, oil, and digital tools. Analyze and articulate the creative decision-making process, from concept development to final presentation. Demonstrate and explain the integration of visual elements—line, color, space, mass, and perspective—to express ideas, emotions, and moods. Contribute expertise in drawing, painting, sculpting, and mixed media to enhance AI's interpretation of artistic techniques. Collaborate with clients, editors, or art directors to execute creative briefs and ensure authenticity in project outcomes. Develop, maintain, and share a professional portfolio through online platforms and galleries. Provide feedback on AI outputs, offering nuanced insights into visual communication and studio practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in fine arts, illustration, painting, sculpture, or a related visual arts field. Demonstrated proficiency in drawing, painting, sculpting, and mixed media techniques. Strong foundation in composition, color theory, anatomy drawing, and perspective. Skilled in digital illustration tools and traditional materials. Proven ability to develop concepts, sketch, and visually communicate ideas. Keen attention to detail, texture techniques, and shading practices. Experience in portfolio development and art presentation standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at articulating creative processes and visual concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in visual storytelling or narrative illustration. Experience collaborating on interdisciplinary or technology-driven projects. Active participation in online art communities or exhibitions.
