Job Description

A&R Representative Rise Up Music Group Remote / Hybrid | Part-Time to
Full-Time Growth Opportunity Compensation:
$500 - $12,000+ per month Contract Percentage + Artist-Based Residual Income Structure Rise Up Music Group is looking for motivated A&R Representatives to help discover, recruit, and develop independent music artists throughout the Atlanta music market and surrounding regions. The company and its founder were previously featured by The Source Magazine for its impact on independent artist development, music marketing, and modern label infrastructure. Over the past decade, the company has continued building the independent industry's strongest artist development system focused on long-term growth, branding, and career structure. This is a strong opportunity for somebody looking to get their foot in the door in the music industry while working alongside a real artist development infrastructure and growing record label environment. This position starts part-time while the A&R builds their artist roster and pipeline. Many of our team members begin this role while balancing another full-time job, business, or creative career. While this posting is focused around the southern region of the US, A&Rs are allowed to recruit artists from anywhere as long as the artist is serious, coachable, and able to travel when opportunities, events, showcases, media days, networking opportunities, or company activities are created. We are looking for individuals who: understand music culture naturally build relationships communicate professionally know how to identify artist potential are organized and coachable want long-term growth in the music business No major industry experience is required if you are willing to learn, follow structure, and stay consistent.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Earn 20% of each contract's revenue of artists you successfully sign into the company Annual $1,200 travel stipend allocation per artist connected to development activity and company movement Residual earning potential as your artist roster grows Performance growth opportunities into larger leadership roles over time
