In this role, you will provide clients with high-quality spray tanning services, ensuring a flawless and natural-looking tan. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the workspace. Duties Perform spray tanning services with precision and care to achieve desired results for clients. Consult with clients to understand their tanning preferences and skin types, providing personalized recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation protocols to ensure client safety. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing an exceptional customer experience. Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and promote business growth. Stay updated on the latest trends in tanning techniques and products to provide informed recommendations. Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Experience Previous experience in cosmetology or beauty services is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling beauty or wellness products. Familiarity with sanitation practices in a beauty or wellness setting is essential. Cash handling experience is beneficial for managing transactions during service appointments.
