ON WEEKENDS

with indoor vendor events, fairs, expos, and trade shows throughout Texas/OKLA/LA for a growing permanent jewelry business. (some weekdays will be required during longer fairs.) This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, fast-paced event environments, fashion/jewelry, and weekend work. Strong proven seller to assist at jewelry shows and also conduct shows independently after successful training on the micro welder.

Independent:

$15-$20 Hr Hourly + Tiered commission + TIPS Daily Goal 5% after $1k (50) 7% after $2k (140) 8% after 3K (240) 10% after $4k (400) Some travel and overnight stays required. Hotel stay provided on shows more than 2 hours away or more than 110 miles one way. $8Hr Paid Training (to see if it would be the right fit) $15-$16 = experienced assistant/helper $15-20 hr + commission + tips = trusted independent worker/welder Honesty & reliability at shows is necessary: shows up on time, Reliable transportation is a Flexibility and travel is a must stays energetic, is personable, and doesn't create stress can easily be worth the extra $2Hr We track: starting chain length Jump rings ending chain length, bracelets/anklets sold, scrap/waste, clasps/add-ons used, and expected inches per service.
