Part-Time Spray Tan Artist -No Prior Tanning Experience Needed

Spray Tan Artist (Training Provided) - Client-Facing, Professional Role Maui Glow Club | Vienna, VAPart-time | 10-20 hrs/week | In-studio Maui Glow Club is a sunless spray tanning studio in Northern Virginia, and we're hiring part-time Spray Tan Artists for our Vienna (and occasionally Arlington) locations. This role is ideal for someone who's reliable, professional, and comfortable working closely with clients in a service-focused environment. Clients often come in for important life events, so punctuality, discretion, and calm communication matter more than prior spray tanning experience (we train). This role may also be a fit for candidates searching for salon jobs, esthetician assistant roles, or client service positions. What You'll Do Provide spray tanning services. Full training is provided, including product knowledge and contouring techniques. Guide clients through their experience. Consult on skin tone, desired results, and pre/post-tan care to ensure the best outcome. Create a comfortable, professional environment. Clients may be nude or semi-nude; maintaining a respectful, confident, and calm demeanor at all times is essential. Manage appointments and studio operations. Use salon software to book appointments, process payments, and manage client records. Maintain a clean, sanitary studio. Daily tidying, equipment cleaning, and regular deep cleans are part of the role. Support client communication. Answer inquiries, return calls, follow up with clients, and support a five-star experience.

Optional / occasional support:

Assist with social media content, community outreach, or local pop-up events as needed. What We're Looking For Warm, professional, and client-focused Comfortable working with nude or semi-nude clients in a respectful, discreet manner Highly punctual and dependable: clients book around important life moments Able to follow a repeatable service process and retain training Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene Comfortable working independently and managing time well Willing to learn services, products, and studio technology Nice to have (but not required): Experience in customer service, beauty, wellness, or hospitality Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, or Canva Schedule & Availability Minimum 10 hours of weekday availability (Mon-Fri) 2 weekend days per month Appointment-based scheduling; weekly hours vary by season and bookings Appointment windows:

9:00 AM - 8:00

PM Sat-Sun:
