Responsibilities Lead guests step by step through their chosen painting. Setup easels, canvas, paint palettes, etc. Encourage creativity and help guests stay engaged throughout the event. Manage class flow and painting timeline Create new paintings for future classes Qualifications Previous experience in painting and/or public speaking is preferred. Strong communication skills. Experience working with children is highly encouraged. Ability to adapt teaching style based on event dynamics. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from management. A positive attitude, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching. Company Notes & Benefits Training and all necessary supplies are included. Scheduling is flexible and we staff parties and events based on your availability. All shifts include at least two staff members to ensure safety and comfort. We host parties at our venue in Bellevue as well as at other local businesses. We value representation, diversity, and inclusion amongst our cast. We are proud to have a large, amazing cast with a variety of skills. Typical shifts run from 3-6 hours and most employees work 2-6 shifts per month. Those who are interested in additional shifts may be able to add on party hosting or other shift types to their schedule.
