Job Description

What are we looking for? Audio/Video Technician Where are we looking? Scottsdale, AZ What type of job is this? Full-time Who would you report to? Our General Manager What should you bring to the table? o Minimum of three to five years' experience in residential/commercial Crestron, Control4, or Savant installation/setup. o The ability to install and troubleshoot automation systems. (ie: Crestron/Control 4) o Great understanding of software programs. o If you have experience working in a fast-paced environment o Great communication o A systematic and organized approach to your work o A reliable work ethic and focus on delivering results o Professional and dependable team player. Ultimately, your goal is to maintain our client's systems, and to keep the client relationship in a generally warm-and-fuzzy place. This requires a creative and focused approach to each individual client, discovering the issue that is going on with their system, empathizing with their specific realities, and navigating the best path to successfully deescalate and resolve the issue. Specifically, your day will consist of the following:
  • Handling installation projects;
  • Ensuring that each client has a clear understanding of the status of their project.
  • Making sure legacy systems are brought up to our current standards.
  • Updating the company's software platforms with the status and resolutions.
