Job Description

Seeking an Installation Supervisor to oversee installation, setup, calibration, and maintenance of SCREENX and 4DX cinema systems. The role involves supervising AV equipment installations, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting theater launches, and ensuring systems meet operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation of SCREENX and 4DX systems in cinema auditoriums Install and configure projectors, motion seating systems, AV racks, and network connections Verify theater construction and system setup according to design specifications Perform system calibration, testing, commissioning, and operator training Troubleshoot and resolve technical and system issues Support theater grand openings and provide ongoing field service support Coordinate with customers and obtain installation sign-off
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Technical degree/certification in electronics, engineering, AV, or related field preferred 3+ years of installation or technical support experience in AV, cinema, or related industry Strong knowledge of networked audiovisual systems Experience working on construction sites Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Ability to work on scaffolding and lifts Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Flexible to work evenings/weekends as needed Available to travel 50%
Preferred Skills:
Cinema technology installation experience Audio-visual equipment setup and maintenance Networking and system integration experience
