is seeking a talented Senior AV Service Technician to provide in home Audio Visual installation and technical support. Our luxury clients require top notch customer service and broad AV knowledge. Role Summary:

Troubleshoot AV Control Systems Conduct system maintenance as required, firm ware updates, battery replacement Perform system upgrades, equipment installation, control system programming, network configuration Must be able to read and follow construction drawings and schematic sets. Read and follow schematic drawings for termination of cables and wiring of equipment racks. Neatness and proper wiring-strain relief a must. Read and follow elevation and detail drawings for correct installation of TVs, speakers, and other devices. Timely submission of service call work reports and status updates to Service Manager so client accounts can be accurately updated and clients can be billed for service performed.

Must be professional and courteous at all times Clean driving record required Excellent written and verbal communication skills
