Job Description

We are looking for a Meeting Support Specialist to play a key role in ensuring smooth, professional, and well-executed meetings and events across a fast-paced corporate environment. In this role, you will support conference rooms, training spaces, and meeting areas by ensuring they are fully prepared, functional, and presentation-ready. You'll work closely with Floor Hosts and internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for employees and clients. What You'll Do You will be responsible for ensuring meeting and event spaces are fully prepared and operating at a high standard, including: Setting up and configuring training rooms and conference spaces based on client specifications Moving and adjusting room layouts (including airwalls) to support event needs Setting up materials, supplies, and equipment for meetings and trainings Ensuring audio/visual equipment, lighting, temperature, and room conditions are properly set Taping and managing cables and ensuring safe, clean setups Performing post-meeting cleanup and resetting rooms for the next use Conducting regular floor checks to ensure rooms are presentable and properly utilized Supporting AV needs and troubleshooting basic meeting setup issues Assisting with inventory control and returning equipment to proper storage Delivering high-level customer service to internal teams and visitors Capturing basic service data and reporting interactions as needed Supporting a polished, professional, and welcoming environment at all times What We're Looking For 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel services, restaurant service, event coordination, or corporate support preferred Strong customer service mindset with a professional and polished demeanor Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Basic technical skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AV equipment) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow setup instructions accurately Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, and staff at all levels Why This Role Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends) Stable full-time opportunity in a corporate environment Hands-on role with variety — no two days are the same Opportunity to work closely with events, meetings, and executive spaces Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Opensity is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
