In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality audiovisual solutions by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining a wide range of AV systems. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration of audio, video, telecommunication, and electrical components, creating engaging environments for clients across various industries. Duties Install audiovisual systems including projectors, displays, sound systems, video conferencing equipment, and related hardware according to schematics and technical specifications Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and repair existing AV setups, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction Manage cabling and wiring tasks with precision using hand tools while adhering to safety standards and electrical codes Interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately assemble and configure systems Perform routine maintenance on AV equipment to prevent issues and extend system lifespan Assist in the setup of telecommunication infrastructure and low voltage wiring for integrated systems Troubleshoot software issues related to AV hardware and computer hardware components to resolve operational problems swiftly Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong low voltage experience / structured wiring / Knowledge of AV equipment Proficiency in using hand tools for cabling, mechanical adjustments, and system assembly Experience with software troubleshooting for AV devices and computer hardware integration Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings accurately Mechanical knowledge for mounting equipment securely in various environments Familiarity with telecommunication systems and their installation requirements Excellent field service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
