Job Description
Job Overview LifeSong Church is seeking a Christlike, skilled, and team-oriented audio-visual technician to serve as the Worship Tech Team Lead. The Worship Tech Team Lead brings the audio and visual aspects of worship to life through technology. This role is essential to providing a worshipful experience by supporting the creative elements of worship. As the lead technician, the Worship Tech Team Lead is responsible for helping lead the Worship Tech Team in the use of audio-visual technology during services and events at LifeSong Church, including live/livestream mixers, video, lighting, and Pro-Presenter operation. This role requires trainability, creativity, and proactiveness and includes a working with volunteers. Duties Serves under the guidance and supervision of the Worship Pastor Runs an Audio-Visual setup for Worship Rehearsal, Sunday Morning Service, and worship events at the Table Assists the Worship Pastor with technology-related tasks, such as technological updates or pre-setting mixes for events Creatively contributes to the technological design of LifeSong's audio setups in cooperation with the Worship Pastor and IT Director Works in a respectful and worshipful manner during events Helps the Worship Pastor guide Worship Team volunteers during events Grows in skill both technologically and aesthetically Qualifications High-School Diploma or equivalent Experience in running a sound-board Ability to set-up and operate Audio-Visual technology Experience in audio and/or visual expression Willingness to collaborate with others in humility Alignment with the mission and values of the
