Guest services Facilities maintenance Full Job Description ValorC3 Operations Dept. is seeking a dedicated DC Ops Tech for our BOI 1 site to support all aspects of the Operations department. Key Responsibilities Greet all visitors with respect and willingness to assist. Provide physical and electronic access control. Conduct regular building patrols to check electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems like generators, UPS, chillers, and cooling towers. Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS); troubleshoot rack-level issues and perform preventive maintenance. Handle rack installations/decommissions, support vendors/contractors, and document changes; respond to alerts within service level agreements. Qualifications 1+ years in operations or technical support roles, preferably in data centers or facilities. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work the open shifts hours, may be scheduled on weekends and holidays. Technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, ITIL) a plus; high school diploma required, associates preferred.
