Temporary Job Description:

Providing excellent front-line technical support for all Kellogg faculty, staff and students Supporting and maintenance of devices and IT services Supporting video-recording and web conferencing sessions Providing technical support for public computing including printers, computer kiosks, public displays and peripherals Performing non-technical tasks and other related duties as required or assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

2 - 4 years' of experience in the field of Information Technology end user computing and/or Audio Visual support or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
