Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Installation Technician, located in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. The Installation Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a range of technology systems, including network infrastructures, video surveillance, electronic door access systems, intrusion alarm systems and audio-visual equipment. The position involves working with clients and internal team members to meet unique technology needs, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to project timelines and safety standards. Qualifications Experience in the installation of technology, telecommunications networks, audio/visual, electronic security, electrical or related disciplines is preferred. Comparable installation experience in other unrelated trades is also acceptable. The ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members is important for this role. Technicians are expected to perform with a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Physical ability to lift and carry equipment and work in various environmental conditions requiring light-duty construction operations is mandatory for this position. High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certifications or related training are advantageous. This position includes regular travel throughout the Midwest with frequent overnights, roughly 50% travel with out-of-town stays.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
