Matt Hall Job Summary/Basic Functions Position works within the IT Academic Technology team, consisting of Students and IT professionals, in the daily support and maintenance of Audio-Visual technologies throughout EKU's 400+ technology equipped spaces.Minimum Qualifications Education:
Must be enrolled atEKU Preferred Qualifications:
Student currently enrolled as a Major in an IT/Technical field and looking for experience with AV/IT hardware systems and wiringJob Duties:
25%- Troubleshooting and supporting AV technology systems in classrooms, conference rooms, event spaces, and other areas as requested from Faculty and Staff technology users

- Installing and configuring new AV technologies as directed by Academic Technology Engineering

- Administering System Updates, Testing, and Maintenance activities in all 400+ EKU campus technology spaces and documenting assets and escalated issues
