This role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting home audio visual systems, including home theaters, sound systems, small to mid sized networks, and smart home devices.

• Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and configuration of home and commercial audio visual systems
• Perform low voltage wiring and cabling
• Set up and troubleshoot basic network connections
• Provide excellent customer service and support

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining audio-visual systems in various environments. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members. Duties Design and implement audio-visual systems tailored to client specifications. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to audio-visual equipment. Conduct field service visits to install, maintain, and repair AV systems. Read and interpret schematics for electrical systems and low voltage installations. Utilize hand tools effectively for installation and maintenance tasks. Manage cabling for AV setups ensuring organization and safety standards are met. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support. Document all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately. Skills Proficiency in software troubleshooting related to audio-visual technologies. Strong understanding of electrical principles and low voltage systems. Experience with computer hardware setup and maintenance. Ability to telecommunicate effectively with team members and clients. Familiarity with using hand tools for installation purposes. Knowledge of reading schematics for efficient system design and troubleshooting. Experience in cabling practices to ensure optimal performance of AV systems. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
