Business casual or all-black attire Experience with hybrid AV events (Zoom, Teams) AV experience, preferably in higher education Familiar with Crestron, Extron, Cisco/NEAT Bar, ServiceNow Tier 1/Tier 2 support mindset Ability to work independently in lab environments Strong attention to detail (Mac/PC, Wi-Fi, adapters)
