North Attleboro, MA Serving Southern New England For 50 years, Audio Concepts of North Attleboro has been a trusted leader in home entertainment, automation, and custom AV integration. As a long‑standing, family‑oriented company, we take pride in craftsmanship, reliability, and exceptional customer service. We're growing and looking for an experienced full time Networking / Audio/Video Technician who wants a long-term home with a stable, reputable team. About the Role You'll install, program, and service residential and light commercial AV systems throughout Southern New England. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, takes pride in clean, professional work, and values being part of a company with deep roots and a strong reputation. Responsibilities Install, program, and service networks/audio/video and home automation systems Integrate systems including Lutron lighting, motorized shades, networking, and control platforms Troubleshoot system issues and provide clear customer education Maintain a professional presence on job sites and in client homes Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality installations Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in AV installation, service, or networking Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail Reliable, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently Valid driver's license Experience with Control4, URC, or similar platforms is a plus (not required) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage plus overtime Paid holidays and paid personal time off Health insurance 401(k) with company match Tool allowance Company vehicle for work use Long-term stability with a respected 50‑year company Salary Range $40,000 - $80,000 per year , based on experience.
