Low Voltage Technician

Stalgrid Technologies designs and installs high-end smart home and commercial technology systems including lighting control, networking, AV, and surveillance. We work mainly in the Greater Boston area, (roughly) anywhere east of 93 and sound of Portsmouth NH. Commute is usually 20-45min to jobsite. We are looking for a technician who is comfortable working on construction sites and interested in learning advanced technology systems. Our company is rapidly growing, and we are looking for someone eager to be taught, and gain a wealth of knowledge. Stalgrid currently has 4 employees, a warehouse in Everett and a showroom in Newburyport. We take a unique approach to systems integration by offering full lighting design/install and high end architectural design services. This allows us to position ourselves as a one stop shop for homeowners and builders alike.

Vehicle+tools will be provided depending on performance and 6 month grace period Health insurance after 6 months Training on Lutron, Savant, Cisco & more Ideal experience pulling wire (Cat6, speaker wire, control wire) working on ladders/lifts basic networking or AV knowledge reading construction plans What you'll learn wiring best practices rack building and AV systems commercial networking surveillance systems luxury lighting & controls automation systems (programming in year 2)

Pay:

$28.89 - $38.79 per hour
