BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Equipment Coordinator to join our client's site in Plymouth, MN. This role will support machine design and assembly operations by coordinating materials, documentation, and communication between teams to ensure all required components and information are available and accurate for machine build readiness.Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive and check in COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) parts and custom machine components Monitor and track the status of outstanding parts to ensure timely availability Consolidate and stage COTS and machined components in preparation for assembly Obtain, print, and organize required documentation (e.g., TLAs, schematics, work instructions) Act as a liaison between technicians, the machine shop, and requesters to resolve issues such as incorrect, missing, or delayed parts Package, crate, and pallet completed kits for shipment Notify requesters upon completion and readiness for deliveryQualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively Able to perform occasional physically demanding tasks, including lifting and material handlingPreferred Qualifications:
Mechanically inclined with general technical understanding Basic familiarity with SolidWorks AboutBEPC BEPC
