In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Operations and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Operations deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Operations challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Operations deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Operations. Seeking someone experienced with Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) configuration and support, to include Teams Admin Center experience and Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) Experience. This team supports videoconferencing rooms, AV and non-video conferencing rooms. Occasional TV support will be needed, however mostly supporting videoconferencing that occurs.
Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support for video conferencing rooms, AV systems, and conference room technologies across multiple locations. Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) environments. Support large-scale migration efforts from Cisco-based conferencing solutions to Microsoft Teams Rooms, including issue resolution during device transitions. Manage conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams Admin Center, Call Quality Dashboard (CQD), and Cisco Control Hub. Utilize observability tools such as ThousandEyes to monitor system performance and troubleshoot user experience issues. Perform hands-on troubleshooting of AV equipment including displays, conferencing hardware, and room peripherals. Deliver high-touch, white-glove support to executive-level stakeholders and administrative teams. Proactively anticipate user needs to ensure successful and seamless meeting experiences. Support occasional after-hours or weekend maintenance, system resets, and deployment activities.
Qualifications :
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), including configuration and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Admin Center and Call Quality Dashboard (CQD). Experience with Cisco Control Hub and enterprise conferencing environments. Solid hands-on AV and video conferencing troubleshooting skills. Ability to provide white-glove, customer-facing support in a professional environment. Experience supporting enterprise or corporate environments, preferably with exposure to executive-level users. Ability to work onsite full-time and travel between multiple locations as needed. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Experience supporting large-scale conference room technology deployments or migrations. Familiarity with observability and network monitoring tools such as ThousandEyes. Experience supporting hybrid environments involving Cisco and Microsoft Teams-based conferencing solutions.
