Job Description

Description We are looking for a dedicated Copy Clerk to provide essential office services, including document reproduction and mail handling, for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina. This long-term contract position involves working in both physical and digital environments, ensuring smooth operations across various service areas. If you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy a dynamic work setting, this role is a great opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and manage reprographics equipment to produce high-quality copies and scans.
  • Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Perform document scanning tasks to ensure accurate digital records.
  • Provide support for hospitality, facilities, and reception services as needed.
  • Manage audio/visual setups for meetings and events.
  • Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed according to established procedures and client requirements.
  • Assist with maintaining an organized and detail-oriented office environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to address client and office needs promptly.
  • Uphold confidentiality and security standards while handling sensitive documents. Requirements
  • Experience with document scanning and reproduction equipment.
  • Familiarity with mailroom operations and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using a multi-line phone system for call management.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of audio/visual setup and troubleshooting.
