In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing audiovisual systems to ensure optimal performance. Your expertise will help curtail to high-end clientele residential and commercial properties and support their objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to memorable experiences. Responsibilities Install, configure, and set up audiovisual equipment including projectors, speakers, televisions, and home automation control systems. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of AV systems to ensure reliable operation. Troubleshoot software issues related to AV hardware and control systems promptly to minimize downtime. Use hand tools and cabling techniques to install wiring, connectors, and other mechanical components following schematics and electrical diagrams. Perform field service tasks such as diagnosing technical problems on-site and providing effective solutions. Assist with the setup and operation of telecommunication systems integral to AV functions. Maintain detailed records of system configurations, repairs, and maintenance activities for future reference. Experience Proven experience working with audiovisual equipment in a professional setting. Programming of home automation systems such as Control4 & Lutron. Strong electrical experience with knowledge of low voltage systems, schematics, and wiring practices. Familiarity with computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and integration of AV systems with other digital platforms. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment installation and cabling infrastructure. Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals accurately. Experience with telecommunication systems and electrical safety standards is highly desirable. Hands-on experience using hand tools for installation and repair tasks in field service environments.
