Job Description

Company Overview The Educational Association for School Administrators is dedicated to supporting and empowering educational leaders. We strive to provide resources, training, and innovative solutions to enhance school management and student success. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver who is equally comfortable troubleshooting technology issues, supporting live events, creating engaging social media content, and assisting with marketing and communications initiatives. This individual should be proactive, detail- oriented, innovative, and enthusiastic about helping NJPSA better connect with and serve educational leaders throughout New Jersey. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in communications, marketing, information technology, media, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting technology systems, audio/visual equipment, and live event technology.(Preferred but will train someone with strong tech skills)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, as well as Canvas and various AI platforms.
  • Ability to manage social media platforms and create digital marketing content.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Photography and basic video editing skills are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to work on-site five days per week and support occasional evening events or conferences as needed. Desired Characteristics Creative thinker who brings innovative ideas for improving member engagement and organizational communication.
  • Strong customer service orientation and willingness to assist staff and members.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Professional, adaptable, and responsive in fast-paced event settings.

$58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
