Your responsibilities will include accurately and efficiently handling all aspects of order preparation for clients. This involves inventory tracking, gear pulling, client support, and packaging. You'll collaborate with the Rental Agent and Operations Manager to ensure that all equipment needs are met for each order.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately scan audio/video equipment barcodes and input data into RentalPoint software during Check-In and Check-Out processes Uphold high standards by ensuring all gear and cases are clean, marked, and packaged properly Perform floor checks daily for missing items Report damaged or missing items to the L&D department Work directly with clients and assist with on-site preps when necessary Create and ship orders via FedEx and participate in the loading and unloading of equipment from delivery vehicles Organize the warehouse as needed to maximize efficiency Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, coordinating with other departments as needed Build and sustain good relations with clients Pick up and drop off deliveries to/from clients or vendors Maintain certifications for operating warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers, ensuring compliance with safety standards Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental needs

Qualifications and Skills:

1-3 years of experience as an Operations Associate or Prep/Shop Tech in an AV rental company is preferred High school diploma or equivalent Must be 21 years or older Able to pass drug test/background checks Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and accurately both speaking and email High level of attention to detail, with the ability to be resourceful, meet deadlines, and proactively handle issues. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with Video/Audio equipment and a passion to learn about the latest A/V technology Must follow all health and safety procedures and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state. Ability to work well with minimal supervision and be self-driven

Physical Requirements:

Regularly spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving Required to walk, primarily on a level surfaces, throughout the day; may involve climbing stairs and ladders Able to reach above shoulder height, below the waist, and lift 50 lbs. while using proper lifting techniques Able to carry items weighing up to 100 lbs. occasionally and up to 75 lbs. frequently while using proper lifting techniques Able to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data and figures and viewing a computer screen.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ( Hours and shift subject to adjustments as needed ) Participation in the on-call rotation is required . Additional hours such as overtime, weekends, and occasional holidays are based on the needs of the business.
