40 Position Description IVCi is looking for an Overnight AV Operations Specialist to support the monitoring and operational stability of IVCi managed environments during overnight hours. This role assists with operational monitoring, incident tracking, and internal support activities to help maintain service reliability and readiness for the following business day, and also serves as an additional layer of support to the Managed Services team as needed and required. This role is an onsite position, reporting into our Headquarters in Hauppauge, New York. Job Functions- Monitor systems and operational dashboards for alerts, notifications, or potential service issues.
- Assist with identifying and documenting operational incidents or system events.
- Perform basic troubleshooting or validation activities when required.
- Create and update support tickets and coordinate escalations when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.
- Assist with routine operational tasks, reporting, and internal system updates.
- Support internal initiatives, administrative tasks, or data management activities during lower activity periods.
- Provide meeting monitoring or support when required.
- Maintain shift documentation and communicate relevant updates to incoming teams.
- Follow established procedures and escalation processes.
- Provide additional meeting support, system checks and other tasks as assigned
- Support additional operational tasks or projects as needed. Minimum Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with supporting client-facing services and initiatives
- Self-motivated; Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities during overnight hours.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Basic technical troubleshooting ability or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with standard office and business applications.
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and operational processes.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including potential holidays or weekend coverage.
