Job Description
Photo Booth Cincy is the largest photo booth company in the Midwest — 35+ booths, 700+ events per year, and growing. We recently launched marquee letters and balloon décor, and we need someone to help run the day-to-day operation. You'll manage the equipment cycle — checking in booths after events, prepping them for the next weekend, and making sure every detail is covered before anything leaves the warehouse. If you're the kind of person who takes pride in doing things the right way every time, this is your role.
What your week looks like:
Early in the week, you're checking in equipment from the previous weekend — processing event photos, publishing online galleries, inspecting booths for damage, and restocking supplies. Mid-week shifts to prep — loading the correct software and artwork for each event, testing cameras, printers, and lighting, and confirming everything is packed and ready to go. On Saturdays, you rotate as the on-call tech resource for our attendants in the field. We have systems for everything. Every process is documented. Your job isn't to figure things out from scratch — it's to learn how we do things and execute consistently. The person who thrives here is someone who follows a checklist and never skips a step, because one missed cable or one wrong software profile can ruin a $1,000 event. You'd be great at this if you: Follow processes to the letter — you don't cut corners even when no one is watching Are organized and detail-oriented — you notice when something is off Take ownership — when it's your responsibility, it gets done right Are comfortable with basic tech — Windows PCs, printers, software. You don't need to be an IT pro, but you can't be afraid of a computer Don't mind physical work — loading equipment, painting marquee letters, organizing a warehouse What you get: Full-time hours with a flexible schedule Hands-on work that's different every day — not a cubicle, not retail Direct access to the owner — your input matters Real growth path — we're scaling new service lines and need someone who grows with us A well-documented operation — you won't be thrown in without training Previous experience in events, AV, or photo booths is a plus but not required. What matters most is reliability and attention to detail.Requirements:
