Junior Audiovisual Technician

We work on exciting residential and commercial projects involving: Home theaters, Smart homes, Audio/video systems, Lighting control, Networking and Wi-Fi, Surveillance systems, Automation systems, Commercial AV installations and so much more. Installation Support Assist technicians and lead technicians with AV system installations Pull, label, and organize low-voltage cabling Assist with mounting displays, speakers, cameras, racks, and AV equipment Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for job sites Maintain clean and organized work areas during and after installations Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles Technical Duties Learn company installation standards and AV best practices Perform basic equipment setup and functionality testing Assist with terminating cables and connectors Support troubleshooting efforts under supervision Learn networking basics, control systems, and AV signal flow Assist with firmware updates and system configuration as directed Assist with project punch lists and completion checklists Ensure tools and company equipment are properly maintained Client Interaction Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on job sites Interact respectfully with clients, vendors, and other trades Support the lead technician in maintaining a positive customer experience Keep job sites clean and minimize disruption in homes or businesses Safety & Compliance Follow company safety standards and job site procedures Properly use ladders, hand tools, and power tools Maintain safe work habits Assist in maintaining compliance with low-voltage and construction safety standards This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in audiovisual technology while contributing to engaging event experiences.
