Job Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the home av and or security field Must provide their own hand tools and testing devices Candidate must be able Prewire , terminate and test cabling Candidate must have knowledge in system design and connectivity Professional appearance and effective communication skills with our Team, customers, contractors, and other tradespeople. Be self-disciplined, diligent, and have excellent work ethics. Be able to work independently and as a Team. Strong understanding of reading schematics and floor plans. Possess excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Must be Drug Free and pass a criminal background check. Must have a valid Florida driver's license with a safe driving record. High School diploma or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and configure/program low-voltage technology systems for both new construction & retrofit projects. Trouble shoot and repair issues with customers' new and/or existing equipment and suggest solutions and upgrades. Maintain a safe working environment and upon completion of the day's work ensure the job site is clean and clear of debris. Be responsible and accountable for Company equipment and Company vehicle. Experience installing electronic equipment and components such as TVs, Sonos whole-house audio systems, routers, switches, access points, cloud-based security devices & digital surveillance systems. Home automation control systems (Lutron, Control4, Savant, etc.), dedicated home theater rooms, surround sound, and custom remote controls. Install, terminate & test low voltage cables Thoroughly train and explain to customers how to operate their full system, along with any necessary apps. Work quickly and efficiently while adhering to demanding quality and safety standards. Work independently with minimal supervision. Perform other duties as assigned.

Monday through Friday, possible Saturday work based on workload Overnight travel to remote work-sites possible
