We are seeking a capable IT / AV Technician to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for technical support across the Club. In this role, you will answer questions on everyday technical issues, guide each person toward a clear solution, and keep our technology running with the same care and attention to detail that defines the La Estancia experience. The ideal candidate pairs sound technical knowledge with genuine patience and a warm, service-minded manner, creating value for those we serve and protecting the reputation we have worked to build. This is a full-time position.

A genuine willingness to learn. Comfort with office automation products, databases, and remote-control tools. A solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and related technology. A working understanding of audio and visual systems and event technology. The ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. Proficiency in English. Excellent communication skills. A customer-oriented, even-tempered manner. To be considered, candidates must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily, hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and complete a drug screening, a background screening, and all government I-9 requirements. A combination of education, experience, and training is always considered.

Guide each person calmly through the problem-solving process. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate level of support. Provide accurate information on our IT products and services. Set up and support audio and visual technology for meetings and special events. Record events, issues, and their resolutions in clear, reliable logs. Follow up to keep each person's status and records current. Share any feedback or suggestions with the appropriate internal team. Identify and recommend improvements to our procedures.
