Video Teleconferencing Facilitator

Alesig is seeking a Video Teleconferencing Facilitator to support a dynamic, mission-driven training environment at Fort Lee, VA. This role plays a key part in maintaining and supporting IT systems that enable classroom instruction, training exercises, and operational simulations. The environment includes a mix of traditional and modern technologies such as client-server systems, thin clients, virtual servers, and secure private networks. Due to strict security requirements, this position requires on-site support across classrooms, offices, and end-user environments. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare, test, and operate VTC systems for mission-critical and senior-leader events. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during live sessions. Maintain composure and technical accuracy in high-visibility situations. Support secure communications without security violations. Coordinate with customers to meet event-specific technical requirements. Provide rapid recovery from system faults with minimal user impact. Operation and support of Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems. Secure and non-secure network environment support (NIPR/SIPR). Crypto keying and secure session setup. Desk-side user instruction and technical assistance. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5+ years of Audio-visual (AV) and classroom technology support experience. Proven ability scheduling, testing, and facilitation of conferences and events. Experience supporting AV/VCT equipment within

environments. Active Secret (or above) Security Clearance. Strong communication skills are required. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or eight years of related experience Status Position contingent on contract win.

Physical Requirements:

Employees must be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods of time.
