Audio Visual Coordinator Grace Baptist Church - 4.6 Richmond, VA Job Details Part-time $27 - $28 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Live streaming YouTube Presentation software Coaching Driver's License Remote access software Audiovisual control systems operation Presentation preparation Facebook Video streaming Full Job Description Grace Baptist Church of Richmond, VA is looking for a part-time/hourly coordinator to assist with its services. Primary responsibilities would include operating a video streaming setup that includes multiple PTZ cameras, a video mixer, and ProPresenter. This would also include ensuring recording and archival of services as well as ensuring delivery of video stream and/or content to destinations such as Facebook and Youtube to allow for remote participation in the services. The ideal candidate would also assist with creating slides for this purpose, and be able to adjust a mix on a Behringer x32 as needed to ensure the sound on the stream is acceptable. Responsibilities Operate the video equipment on a Sunday morning to ensure outgoing stream to those participating in the service remotely.
Video Equipment Includes:
Video Mixer PTZ Controller Propresenter Record and Archive each Sunday (to Google Drive). Ensure outgoing stream to destinations such as Youtube and Facebook. Ensure availability of each service on Youtube after the service conclusion. Create slides and visual content to match the needs of the service (using ProPresenter - can be done remotely). Be available Sunday mornings from 9 am - 12:30 pm (average time estimate) and occasionally Sunday afternoons, Saturdays, or during the week, for additional services and special events. These additional events will be communicated with advance notice. Work alongside our team of sound volunteers to ensure best audio/livestream experience for worship and events. If unable to be present for a service/event, coordinate with GBC staff to ensure coverage by a trained substitute or volunteer. Requirements Experience with Video Mixers including mixer from Blackmagic Design. Experience operating and creating content in ProPresenter. Experience operating pan tilt zoom cameras (PTZ) through a dedicated control panel. The ability to monitor the stream while operating the video mixing and control equipment and operating ProPresenter to ensure the correct slides are visible on the stream at the correct times. Be able to coach and assist with feedback to the audio operator as needed. Willingness to work in a welcoming faith driven environment. Have an eye for choosing camera shots and framing to ensure appropriate communication of the services. Preferences 2 Years Experience Valid Driver's License Familiarity with technology to allow for remote access into the computer as needed to be able to adjust from outside the church via software to control the video mixer or audio mixer. Familiarity with the x32 Audio Mixer, ideally extensive experience and knowledge so as to adjust auxiliary mixes, adjust routing, etc. Have the ability to film, edit, and produce video segments as required for social media, church functions, or otherwise.
