Smart Home & AV Technicians Location:
Stowe, VT Company:
Custom Residential Integration (Small, High-End)
Entry-Level Technician Role:
Kickstart a career in custom smart home integration.
Responsibilities:
Pull/terminate wire (Cat6, speaker, coax) Mount equipment Prep AV racks Assist with troubleshooting, security, and networking
Requirements:
Strong interest in AV/IT Basic tool skills Attention to detail Valid driver's license Travel within Vermont required Smartphone for daily apps and programs
Senior Technician Role:
Lead complex residential projects from rough-in to completion.
Responsibilities:
Integrate high-end AV and automation systems Configure Control4, Lutron, and Crestron systems Design networks (VLANs, managed switches) Build clean, organized racks Mentor junior technicians
Requirements:
3+ years of custom residential AV experience Strong networking and troubleshooting skills Ability to lead projects independently Clear communication skills Ability to run a job site Travel within Vermont required Smartphone for daily apps and programs
Additional Opening:
We are also hiring for an Entry-Level or Senior Technician position in Southern Vermont (Manchester area). Must be able to travel/commute as needed.
