Job Description
Overview CrossWay is a growing multisite church in the suburbs of Milwaukee, WI. This job is flexible in scope and could either take the form of a part time audio-only role or a full time role, which would include video production responsibilities. Very strong audio acumen is a prerequisite to be considered for this position.

- -Lead tech volunteers as called upon to help create environments of worship
- -Train and equip CrossWay s audio team across all locations
- -Be the primary troubleshooter and overseer of all audio-related items for the worship ministry
- -Oversee all CrossWay stages, audio routing, and PA systems to ensure optimal operation and successful troubleshooting as necessary Recommended for Specific Job Scope
- Assist Technical Director through video editing, b-roll capture, and video production work
- -Assist Technical Director through holistic stage maintenance, set design and installation, changing bulbs, set-up and tear down, tech preparation for weddings and funerals, and more
- -Other duties as assigned Qualifications A curious and committed Christ follower who carries themselves humbly A servant s heart strongly dedicated to making disciples through the technical arts A diligent work ethic willing to do whatever it takes to create optimal environments of worship Commitment to uphold and respect CrossWay s vision for the worship experience A musician s ear for crafting sound in both live and recorded settings Very strong audio acumen in a modern worship setting (in-person and online) High School Diploma/GED Required, Further Education & Ministry Experience Preferred Scope & Salary This position could be full time (audio-focused, with video production duties added), or as little as 15 hours per week (audio-only).
