Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Media Systems Regional Engineer to join our talented team, where you will play a crucial role in supporting high-end post-production and creative environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, ensuring that our technical spaces operate at the highest standards. Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot complex audio, video, and networking systems in various creative spaces. Perform routine and emergency audio and video calibrations to meet industry standards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable media transport and data flow. Support post-production pipelines and video encoding workflows to facilitate seamless content delivery. Act as the primary regional contact for technical support, providing assistance as needed. Document processes and create troubleshooting guides to enhance operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhance the overall support experience. Skills A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting post-production or creative technology infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of audio, video, and networking systems. Ability to work autonomously while maintaining effective communication with global teams. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills Experience with DCP systems and calibration in theatrical environments. Knowledge of cinema audio systems, including Dolby Atmos and SMPTE standards. Familiarity with digital audio mixers and production systems. Operational knowledge of post-production software such as Avid, Adobe, and Pro Tools.
