is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Production Technician to join our Production team. Successful candidates are dedicated individuals who thrive in a collaborated, team-oriented environment, and are committed to delivering high-quality results. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic components and systems to support the production of world class RF systems and antennas. Key Responsibilities Work from work instructions, engineering drawings, test procedures, travelers, and parts lists to gather required parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials Position, align, and secure parts using templates, fixtures, and assembly tools Operate RF test equipment and other measurement equipment to support production testing activities Assemble electronic and mechanical components through soldering, fastening, and inspection process in accordance with specifications and quality standards Complete production travelers and rework documentation accurately and on time Maintain accurate production records, work instructions, and build documents using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Follow established procedures, quality requirements, and company policies to maintain a safe, organizing, and clean work environment Anticipate material requirements and coordinate with Inventory to request additional build kits, components, and supplies as needed Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team success by assisting with related production activities and special projects Collaborate effectively with team members, engineering, quality, and inventory personnel to meet production schedules and objectives Required Education and Experience Must have U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance Associate's degree in Electronics, or Electronics Certification with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience Working knowledge of RF equipment and electronic test systems Experience using common hand and torque tools Experience with hot-air guns, rework/reflow station, and hand soldering techniques Possess a strong focus on safety compliance, quality, and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Good judgment and decision-making skills Ability to learn new processes, procedures, and successfully complete required training Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred Education and Experience Experience in electronics manufacturing, production, assembly, or testing environment Ability to read and interpret engineering drawing, schematics, assembly instructions, and technical documentation Current or previous
