Lounge Technician Crew Life at Sea - 5.0 Miami, FL Job Details Full-time $2,175 a month 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Install, maintain, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment in our lounges, including but not limited to sound systems, lighting systems, and video equipment Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues and address them in a timely manner Coordinate with other departments to ensure all equipment is set up and functioning properly for events and activities Keep inventory of all equipment and supplies and order replacements as needed Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for equipment upgrades Train and supervise junior technicians and provide guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in audiovisual technology preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a cruise ship or hotel setting Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment, including sound systems, lighting systems, and video equipment Familiarity with various software and systems used in audiovisual technology Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed If you are a highly skilled and experienced Lounge Technician looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
