Live Stream Producer / OBS Streaming Technician Job Overview Joseph The Jeweler is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Live Stream Producer to help operate and improve our fast-growing live jewelry auction streams. This position is ideal for someone experienced with OBS, live streaming technology, audio/video equipment, and troubleshooting live broadcasts in real time. You will be responsible for helping run professional live streams for online jewelry auctions across platforms such as TikTok Live, Whatnot, and other live commerce platforms. This is an in-person position based in Michigan. Responsibilities Operate and manage OBS during live streams Set up and maintain cameras, lighting, microphones, and streaming equipment Create and manage scenes, overlays, alerts, timers, and transitions Troubleshoot stream issues quickly during live broadcasts Monitor stream quality, audio sync, internet stability, and bitrate settings Assist with live auction production and stream flow Improve stream quality and viewer experience Help organize streaming equipment and studio setup Work alongside hosts during live selling events Qualifications Strong knowledge of OBS Studio Experience with live streaming or video production Familiarity with TikTok Live, Whatnot, Twitch, YouTube, or similar platforms preferred Understanding of cameras, capture cards, microphones, and lighting Basic networking/internet troubleshooting knowledge Ability to remain calm under pressure during live broadcasts Strong problem-solving skills Reliable and detail-oriented Preferred Experience Multi-camera live production Audio mixing Stream overlays and graphics Live commerce or auction stream experience Social media/live entertainment production Pay Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for bonuses and growth within the company Schedule Flexible scheduling Must be available for live stream events and auctions
