Flexible Schedule:

Work ~10-15 hours per week, 2-3 days a week — perfect for students, creatives, retired ham operators or anyone who loves broadcast / video operations.

Hands-On Experience:

From live board engineering to voice tracking, you'll get your hands on real equipment and develop your on-air chops.

Responsibilities What You'll Do:

Produce live and recorded radio and video programs and podcasts Deliver live on-air weather updates with confidence. Record voice tracks for other programming Operate and engineer the live broadcast boards, keeping shows smooth and professional. Execute station formats to keep our listeners engaged. Maintain accurate program logs, edit live spots, and handle various production and commercial audio tasks.

Qualifications What We're Looking For:

Strong experience with Windows-based computer systems. College education preferred, but not required — your passion and skill matter most! Flexibility for overnight shifts and weekends — radio never sleeps, and neither do we. Proven track record of reliability, attention to detail, and punctuality.
