Duties Install and configure a variety of televisions, smart devices and systems, including home automation, security cameras, sensors, and network equipment. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure all smart systems operate at peak performance. Troubleshoot technical issues promptly, diagnosing problems accurately and implementing effective solutions. Provide clear guidance and support to clients on system operation and best practices for optimal use. Collaborate with team members on complex projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. Document all service activities thoroughly in logs and reports for future reference and continuous improvement. Stay updated on the latest advancements in smart technology to recommend innovative solutions that meet client needs. TV installation and mounting, bracket installs , leveling televisions, and managing or hiding cables for a clean look. Qualifications Proven experience with smart home or building automation systems, networking, or related fields. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with hand tools required. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to clients with diverse backgrounds. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments. A proactive attitude with a passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning.
