Duties include installation of mobile subscriber equipment, preventative maintenance, testing, repairing, and modifying various 2-way radio infrastructures, wireless messaging systems, or wireless broadband solutions. Qualifications Basic knowledge of installation of two-way radio equipment. Basic knowledge of RF Systems such as transmitters, receivers, antenna networks. A plus, proficient with using various test equipment: Communications Monitor, T1 Test Sets, TIMS, Spectrum Analyzer, Antenna Analyzers, etc. A plus, working knowledge of MS Windows, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP Equipment & concepts. Must have a valid New York Driver's license. Specific Knowledge/Skills A plus, knowledge of various radios system infrastructure programming suites, & various terminal programming suites. Some travel may be required at times.
