Job Description

of the above criteria, we are seeking a Radio Technician
  • Contract (Akron, OH) Our growing radio broadcasting company is seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team on a contract basis.
As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all radio equipment, including transmitters, receivers, and audio equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex radio systems, as well as knowledge of FCC regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all radio equipment
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with radio systems and make necessary repairs
  • Install new radio equipment as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
  • Stay up-to-date with FCC regulations and ensure compliance at all times
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of radio systems
  • Familiarity with FCC regulations and standards
  • Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records This is a contract position based in Akron, OH.

Salary:
