Job Description
TIA A+, SBE
Radio Operator Certification preferred. 0-2 years of experience in broadcast operations, IT support, help desk, or related technical role. Basic knowledge of RF broadcast equipment, IT systems, or help desk processes. Ability to follow standard operating procedures and document incidents accurately. Strong problem-solving orientation with willingness to learn and escalate appropriately. Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate with Engineers and peers. Commitment to professional growth through training and development. Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple incidents and prioritize effectively. A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality. Need to be seen as a team player. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
