New Builds

Description As a New Builds Technician you will be responsible for supporting the planning, staging, configuration, and quality checks of new customer builds by preparing equipment, programming radios and related devices, performing functional testing, and ensuring all work is completed safely and to BearCom quality standards. You will coordinate with project teams, sales, and operations to deliver new build projects on time while documenting work performed and verifying system readiness. • 1+ years experience in a similar radio/communications or technical assembly role preferred.
• Experience with two-way radio platforms is preferred (Motorola, Kenwood, ICOM).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written build instructions and templates.
• Basic computer skills are preferred (data entry, working in Windows, using email); training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Must be able to articulate clearly both verbally and in written form.
• Ability to lift over 30 pounds.

Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garland, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
