Prepare Custom Engring Packages & perform calculations & assemble all pertinent info into a comprehensive & installer friendly professional package utilizing AutoCAD software. Create tech specifications/details for expansion joints, slide plates, spring hangers, shock arrestors, pipe supports & piping restraints according to prjct specifications. Assist the Technical Support Group in ongoing dvlpmnt & improvement of tech support procedures & systems for the ISAT engineering operation. Support cstmrs & sales staff with tech info & troubleshooting, based on the custom engineered package &/or ISAT Manual. Reqs a mstr's dgr in civil enging. $100,984 annually.
